Comporta is located in the Alcácer municipality, in the old district of Setúbal. There are no buses or trains going directly to Comporta so it is advised to travel by car. You can find below directions to Comporta from Lisbon. If you are coming from another location, feel free to contact us and we will provide you the fastest route to reach the villa.

You will need to cross The 25 de Abril Bridge towards Almada on the left bank of the Tagus River. Then follow the A2 highway.

Option 1: Follow the A2 route about 30km and take exit 5 to merge onto A12 toward Setúbal. After approximately 7km you will reach the Setubal port. There are ferries every 30 minutes that connect Setubal to Troia. The ferry ride takes 10 minutes. Once you reach Troia, take a right towards Comporta and after about an 8 minute drive you will reach Comporta.

Option 2: Follow the A2 route about 50km and keep left at fork to continue on A2/E1 (follow signs for Algarve/Alcácer). Drive another 25km and take exit 8 to merge onto IC1/N253. Drive another 33km until you reach Comporta.
